Once an order is placed, you can expect to receive your item within the shipping time frame listed for that item. You will first receive an email order confirmation and then, once your order ships, an email that includes tracking information. We encourage you to track your order on-line through the shipping carrier or through our convenient Order Tracker.


Most items ship via our logistic partner .Some items that are considered “oversized” will ship by common carrier, and therefore can require a longer lead time for delivery.


Items included in the free shipping program will be marked as such on the product page. Free shipping is available only within the Indian States with some conditions. We also offer free shipping to out of India but order above 200 USD.



Shipping Policy:

  • All items are carefully packaged in the packaging material provided by Handscart to the sellers as to avoid any form of damage. Our packaging is waterproof.

  • There are no additional shipping charges to India location and free shipping to outside India with certain conditions.

  • Expected time of delivery for products/craft which are readily available is within 10 days (India) and Within 25 days (Outside India) However, some products need not be available and would require crafting and customization In such case shipping may go upto 15 days(India) and over one month for outside India.

  • Delivery will be done through reputed courier services like DTDC, Delhivery, India Post,FedEx,DHL  etc. However, if at some locations/PIN code, our logistics partner are not serviceable we will contact the buyer to arrange delivery for some other location or to cancel the order as decided by the buyer.

  • All Handscart products are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our logistics partners. We email you the tracking number once we dispatch your ordered product.

  • For orders of and above 200 US Dollar would be borne by Handscart.  However, for orders below 200 US Dollar and in few location some extra charges would be borne by buyer. Buyer should pay octroi to the logistics service provider. Octroi is applicable at Nagpur, Sangli, Dombivili, Nasik, Mumbai, Pimpri & Chinchwardi, Kothrud (Pune), Ahmednagar, Pune and Akola in India.



Shipping & Return Policies

Described below are the site wide policies of Handscart which apply to all sales and purchases made on the website. These policies are applicable in addition to the shop level policies available on the product description page; however in the unexpected case of contradiction these policies will over rule the shop level policies.

Exchange Policy:

Exchange of products will be allowed in the following situations:

  • Product was damaged or defective

  • Wrong Product was shipped

  • Product varied materially from description on website

  • Or as allowed by the seller


Conditions for exchange:

All exchange requests to be intimated to via mail within 2 days of delivery of product.

  • Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

  • Cost of return will be borne by the seller in case damaged or wrong product was shipped.

  • Seller will be allowed 3 days after receiving product to be exchanged to re-dispatch the correct product.

  • If buyer want to exchange/Replace product without any reason of damage or other condition then shipping charge borne by buyer,Handscart deduct shipping charge from total value credited in company account.


Refund Policy:

Refund of payment is applicable only in the following situations –

In case fresh stock is not available with seller for exchange as per above guidelines, customer will get a refund of the amount in their bank account/credit card within 14 days after returning the goods safely and in original condition to the seller.

  • In case the goods are not shipped by the seller within 3 days of maximum shipping time indicated on website by the seller, the buyer will be eligible to demand a refund.

  • All refund will be transferred in customer’s bank account. Any additional bank charges should be borne by customer.
